We’re bringing the calm, the peace and the serenity… with a lil bit of La Vida sprinkle. Disco Yoga with Lindsey Franklin is returning to La Vida Showbar this August.

Thursday 27th. Doors open 6.30pm with start time 7pm.

Flow through your poses to disco anthems, feel the energy lift, then step straight into that signature La Vida vibe… because relaxation is cute, but feeling comfortable in yourself is even better.
